General Facilities
This rural accommodation comprises of 3 houses, all on ground floor level with individual patios and barbecues. One of the houses is adapted for wheelchair access.
2 swimming pools- one small one large. The swimming pools are gated and fenced with children in mind. Sun loungers and parasols are provided.
Secluded Gardens with fruit trees. The property has plenty of land and the privacy here is complete.
Children’s play area (swings, slides, seesaw) and lots of outdoor space to run around and play in.
Stables for horses with a horse.
Pen with a variety of animals; chickens, peacocks, quails, rabbits etc.
Extra , optional , spacious living room with sofas , fireplace, table and television.
Secure off road parking.
Wifi- the connection is a little slow due to the surrounding mountains.
A welcome pack and a basket of wood is provided on arrival. Extra wood can be bought as needed.
This establishment is fully insured and includes civil responsibility.
There is a huge sun roof terrace above the house where there is a small swimming pool, for shared use, with showers. There is a separate communal utility room with facilities to wash and iron clothes.
The sun terrace is provided with hammocks where you can sunbath and enjoy the fantastic mountain views. In the winter it is possible to see the snow on the Sierra Nevada Mountains and on clear days, on the horizon, you can see the sea above the Costa Tropical.
The Alpujarra is a superb area to go walking, mountain-biking, horse riding or to go by car or Motorbike on excursions.
The three houses can be rented out individually or together. Whatever combination that you decide to rent there are movable wooden screens to provide more privacy in the patio areas if desired.
If you are renting as a large group of friends or an extended family then EL Bancal offers the possibility of allowing you to spend quality time with each other, either outside in the garden, in the pool or in the large living room, combined with the ability to have your own privacy, within your own house.
Facilities in each of the houses
Kitchen – Dining rooms
All the houses have adequate crockery and glasses etc. for 6 people.
There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer and kettle.
In the part for the dining area there is a chimney, wood and a TV (Spanish channels only, but many programs you can put into English).
Bathrooms
All the bathrooms have a toilet, bidet, shower, basin, soap, hairdryer and an electric heater.
The bathroom in Casa SP Pinatar is also adapted for wheelchair use.
Bedrooms
The houses Pinatar and Notáez both have 1 double bed. (135 X 190)
Casa Pinatar has one double bed in one bedroom (135 X 190) and two single beds in another bedroom (1, 05 m x 1.90 m).
There are cots available for young children.
The heating for the bedrooms in the winter comes directly from the fireplace via conducting pipes.
Patio
Each house has its own patio with barbecue, table, chairs and furniture for the garden. These can be joined together for larger groups.
